How to apply for admission to IGNOU Online Programmes?

To apply for admission, students should carefully read about the details of the programme. They must check out eligibility criteria, fee details, medium of instruction, duration, etc. before applying for admission.

Here are steps to apply for admission…

Step 1: Open the website: https://ignouiop.samarth.edu.in/

Step 2:  Here, applicant should click on “Click Here for New Registration” button to fill up registration form. Set up Username and Password of your choice and remember them for future login.

Step 3: If you are already registered, then log in to portal by clicking on “LOGIN” button.

Step 4: Make sure the learners have all the required documents ready before proceeding for filling the form online. The documents are as follows:

• Scanned Photograph (less than 100 KB)
• Scanned Signature (less than 100 KB)
• Scanned copy of Age Proof (less than 200 KB)
• Scanned copy of relevant Educational Qualification (less than 200 KB)
• Scanned Copy of Experience Certificate (if any) (less than 200 KB)
• Scanned Copy of Category Certificate, if SC/ST/OBC (less than 200 KB)
• Scanned Copy of BPL Certificate, if Below Poverty Line(less than 200 KB)

Step 5: Now, fill up the application form and complete all the details. In the next step, learner have to pay fees online. The applicant can pay fee by following methods:

• Credit Card (Master/Visa)
• Debit Card (Master/Visa/Rupay)
• Net Banking

Step 6: Once the documents are uploaded properly, the applicant should click on the next button to get Form preview option. Click on preview button to check out all the details are filled correctly.

Note: The applicants should scan their documents from originals.

Step 7: Confirm your submission by clicking on Submit button. Save/Print your form for future reference.
