IGNOU MTTM Courses, Ignou MTTM Syllabus- The Indira Gandhi National Open University offers admission to master degree in tourism management.
The university School of Tourism and Hospitality Service Management (SOTHSM) has divided this master degree programme into two years which has been further divided into four semesters with four courses in each semester.
Each MTTM course has some credit associated with it where one credit is equivalent to 30 study hours of students comprising all the learning activities. Therefore, if any course has 4 credits associated with it then its means the students have to give 120 hours to study it.

All the MTTM courses are of four (4) credits each whereas the project work i.e the dissertation is of eight (8) credits. To successfully complete this master degree, the students need to pass out the total of 68 credits where 1 credit is equivalent to 30 study hours.
